In the previous entry, I posted a question. Here’s the question:
If 2 planes were to lose control (touch wood!), which one do you think have a greater chance of survival during a plane crash:-
(a) the plane that is ascending (taking off) or
(b) the plane that is descending (landing)?
and…WHY?
THE ANSWER: LANDING!
Yes, Descending/Landing would have a greater chance of surviving.
There are many many different reasons that can contribute to the chances of survival.
But during take off, the fuel tank would be FULL and if the plane were to crash, it would definitely explode!
So according to one of my instructors, the chances of survival during take off is……….. 0%!

I wanted to answer in your last blog, but I forgot.. but I was right o.O; I thought landing would have greater chance of survival because usually during take off, the plane would explode.. figured that out from watching movies like Final Destination haha.. and Air Crash Investigations series XD
