After so many months of being MIA from the blogsphere, I finally made a come-back for the first time that night at the Astro B.yond’s event @ Modesto, Desa Sri Hartamas!

I’m so glad that nobody has forgotten me so far.. or at least they still know who I was when they saw me. And I made so many new blogger friends wtf! I was away for a good 4 months and there were so many new faces! I feel so left-out! LOL! But at least they were all VERY friendly!

During the event, all we ever did was drinking…

All we ever did was to play Mr/Ms Detective game!! It was so fun!!!

We had to form a group of 5: Me, Feeq, Suresh, JustinHee & Samuel

and then look out for TINY little clues scattered all over the club using the magnifying glass provided.

Whoever’s group to be the first to find the murderer stood a chance to win the Astro B.yond’s set with addition to the free subscription of 5 HD channels until the December 2010 and also a 32” LG HDTV. Wtf!

The other day, I was having a bad headache at work.

I couldn’t concentrate in working at all. I took a short nap on my desk even though I knew my manager was in on that day.

I couldn’t be bothered much. The pain was killing me.

After much consideration, I finally took a half day leave and called up Jun Jun Riko hoping that she was free to accompany me to look for my sleeping partner.

Everyone loves her!

She is this really sweet and down-to-earth girl and she knows almost everything that has got to do with discounts and shopping. Even when there is no sales, she could easily get you a discount with her charm.

The reason why I was having a headache was because of my sleeping pattern.

I couldn’t get a good night sleep at all because I always had to worry about my work and all the datelines that were due soon even when I was back at home. All the stress was building up day by day and slowly they are giving me problems such as insomnia and migraine.

So I knew.. if I could only forget all my worries at night and get a good sleep.. then I will be able to start a brand new day the next morning and start kicking at work again! And hopefully I will be promoted in no time and all my hard work would be paid off

I tried all sorts of methods. From changing mattresses and pillows, to drinking warm milk.. counting the endless jumping baa baa black sheeps, listening to soothing music or soft rock, updating my blog.. looking at the stars.. drawing my living room.. taking a bubble bath.. listening to talk radio..

And even pluck my eyebrows in the middle of the night!

All just to make myself fall asleep fast! But nothing has worked so far.

So one night, I started googling on the computer on ways to improve my sleeping lifestyle.. and the first thing that came up on the list was to get myself a massage chair..!!

So I knew.. I have to give myself a try this time! JunJun the shopping expert told me to choose Ogawa because they have recently came out with new massage chairs and they are giving us lotsa discounts and surprises!

And off we went!

NO NO! This is NOT the photo of the horrified me that I would like to submit for the contest. Actually, this is the failed attempt and it looks more like I am laughing with a strepsils in my mouth.

This photo was taken after the Premiere Screening of ORPHAN on the 18th August 2009.

OMG I TELL YOU I WAS SO EMOTIONAL DURING THE MOVIE I FELT LIKE KICKING THE PERSON RIGHT NEXT TO ME.

But I didn’t, of course. Guess who invited me to the ORPHAN screening?

Thank you so much Joshua Law and Nuffnang for the invite. Actually, he didn’t invite me. I heard that he has a spare ticket and I went looking for him on Facebook. I asked him to add me on MSN so we could chat better and he asked:

“Why add you on MSN?”

…………………………….. =.=” Do we actually need a reason to add someone on MSN these days?! He is this really, really shy guy. I first met him during the Standout event by Tiger Beer and Nuffnang about 2 or 3 months ago but we didn’t talk. at. all. HE IS THAT SHY. But I recognised him because he is cool

and cute too!! XD He looks so much better in real life, like seriously! I walked with him most of the time before and after the screening and the girls (and a few guys) came to me and asked me about him. LOL!

I told him he is cute but he said he prefers people to tell him that he is handsome instead! LOL! I can’t tell whether he was joking or not but he blushed once because of a comment I made about him.. and awww.. Tomato Joshua is cute! Oops.. I mean.. handsome? O.o

So yeah, let’s get down to the business.

Nuffnang, please grant me the invites to the Premiere Screening of Final Destination: Rest in Pieces because I would like to take Joshua to see the goldfish the screening! He told me how much he wanted to watch it and I felt like it is my obligation to get him the invite this time.

I have contemplated long enough and can’t decide which photo makes me look more horrified.

It was awesome. I have so much to say/blog about this successful event..

…but it’s 6.30am in the morning now so I will just leave it for another post. *yawns*

And how could anyone possibly miss this yumcha-after-party session? With the total of 52 bloggers and 15 tables, we rocked Murni tonight with so many heads turning towards our tables wondering what we were up to.

Also, not to forget, thanks Nuffnang and Tiger Beers for the prizes! *grins*
Even though I couldn’t get my hands laid on the pink Coach bag, at least an Armani Exchange’s belt and a toilet brush would do!

It’s pretty simple and could be listed down if I wanted to. But no, I wouldn’t want to bore anyone with the list, as if you’re not already bored now? You came to be entertained, and entertained you shall be.

According to my cousin, my brother and girlfriend were supposed to join them for the screening too but they didn’t make it at last with the excuse that they didn’t know the way to 1 Utama. LOL. Lame excuse.

Basically, my expectation for the movie was very low from the very beginning because everyone around me was condemning it saying it is not that good. So I went to watch the movie with low expectation thus the outcome wasn’t that bad afterall!

Maybe it’s true when people say “Low expectation leads to low disappointments”. This applies to all aspects of our lives.

1. Okay back to the movie, I would say it was rather hillarious judging from the laughters that Bernard made (with legs kicking the air some more!!). HAHAHA!

2. Then, I would say.. Chi Chi (Goku’s gf) was damn chunted! She’s so pretty and I just love how she dresses herself in the movie.

3. And lastly, it’s free from NuffNang!!! Freeeee…. Of course it’s nice Hehehehe..! (pls don hate me T.T)
